The City of Surprise will adopt the final property tax levy for FY2014 at a hearing on June 25, 2013 at 6pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The final levy amount may be increased over the approved levy for FY2013.

The City of Surprise will adopt the street light improvement districts final property tax levies for FY2014 at a hearing on June 25, 2013 at 6pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The final levy amount may be increased over the approved levy for FY2013.

The Marley Park Community Facilities District will adopt its final property tax levy for FY2014 at a hearing on June 25, 2013 at 5:30pm in City Hall Council Chambers. The final levy amount may be increased over the approved levy for FY2013.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §9-499.15 notice is hereby given that the Surprise City Council will consider a Resolution approving a new fee for City services at an August 2013 Council Meeting, no sooner than 60 days from June 6, 2013. The fee will be in the amount of $55 and will be charged to recover costs associated with a new trash service being offered by the City. The new service allows residents, upon application, to suspend the City’s scheduled trash pickup from their homes for 4 or more months. During the suspended services, the customer will not be charged any fee associated with trash pickup.
