2013 Homeowners Association (HOA) Academy begins October 15

The goal of the HOA Academy is to provide expert information for west valley HOA board members, management company staff, and homeowners.

Topics that will be covered include:

• Role of HOAs
• Fundamentals of governing and managing HOAs
• Contracts and budgeting
• CC&R enforcement, code compliance, and legal aspects of HOAs.

Class Dates:	Tuesday, October 15 Tuesday, October 22 Tuesday, October 29 Tuesday, November 5
Time:	6 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Class will be held at:	Public Safety Building 14250 W. Statler Plaza Surprise, AZ 85374

Because the class is limited to forty (40) students, as many communities as possible will be represented through applicant selection. If the class is full, you will be placed on the waiting list for the next session.
