The Northwest Citizens Group is comprised of 13 members that live north of Surprise, in the Wittmann, Morristown and Circle City areas. The group meets monthly with city staff to discuss a variety of issues and topics. Meetings are open to the public and are held at the Saguaro Jane's™ Community Center located at 21802 W. Wilson Avenue, Wittmann AZ.
