The City Clerk’s Office at Surprise City Hall offers passport services Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. by appointment only.

Register as a lobbyist or submit expenditure reports.
In 2008, City Council appointed the City Clerk as the City Historian. This has resulted in several important history projects.
