The Surprise Fire-Medical Department’s Camp Ignite is a one-week program offering teen girls a unique opportunity to learn directly from female firefighter mentors.
Crisis Response members are professionally trained volunteers, dedicated to providing quality on-scene crisis assistance and support services to people in Surprise and the Northwest Valley.
The On Deck Program is a monthly community meeting offering aspiring firefighters ages 18 and older the chance to meet, interact and even train with Surprise Fire-Medical Department members. This is a no-pressure way to learn more about a career in the fire service, gain insights into the testing process and get a great workout.
