The Surprise HOA Connection is a program establishing and formalizing a ‘partnership’ between the City and its HOAs. The mission of the “Connection” is to offer a forum for creative and constructive dialogue. By linking HOA residents with city officials, HOA communities will receive the timely help they need to identify and resolve community problems and determine future goals and priorities. The information provided by the city staff will enable the HOA residents to maintain vibrant, healthy and responsive communities. Success will be ensured because residents and the city will be working together.
